This page explains what Larch Row Studio collects through this website and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you send the "Start a project" form we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give one, the town of the house, the kind of project, a budget range, your timing and your message.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. The site does not ask your browser for your location.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your inquiry and, if we work together, to run your project. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.

Who receives it

• Our website host, which runs the form and stores a backup copy of each submission so an inquiry is not lost if email fails.
• A spam check service, which checks that a person sent the form.
• Our email service, which delivers the submission to our studio inbox.

How long we keep it

The backup copy of a form submission is deleted automatically after 90 days. Emails we receive stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to answer you or run your project. If the site records a technical error, the record holds the page address and the error, not what you typed, and is deleted after 30 days.
